Back with the team at Axis Studio on behalf of Bungie, this was the final cinematic in the Witch Queen saga, leaving the player with an emotional anticipation of what comes in the next chapter; Lightfall.

Again under the direction of Stu Aiken this finale was a great piece to work on from storyboard through to layout. I am happy to see this stunning piece and incredibly pleased to hear it without my guide vo!

The Witch Queen was an amazing expansion for Destiny 2 and a project which I was extremely excited to be a part of. Working with director Stu Aiken and the incredibly talented team over at Axis Studios, I helped to create these 3 cutscenes for this release.

From creating the animatic with storyboards, working with the previs team, virtually attending the mocap shoots and subsequently selecting the body and face mocap performances for layout and finally having the structure and pace of the edit ready to move into animation and beyond. This was such an interesting, challenging and fun project, I am thrilled to have had this experience and to have been involved In making such incredible work.

Once again back with the talented people over at Axis Studios, editing for the prestigious Magic: The Gathering, with this March of the Machine cinematic bringing the Phyrexian arc to an end as those who remain band together for one final battle.

Working alongside director Jon Yeo and co-director Paul Coulthard for the structure of the animatic/previs and then the selection of the mocap shoot, into layout with Alberto Montalvá García and his team, and then handing over to animation. Finally seeing it in all it’s glory, it’s such a wonderful piece, stunningly beautiful and a pleasure to have been part of the team.

Back working with Axis Studios, this time with Director Jon Yeo, here are some cinematic trailers for the Blocklords Game.

Firstly working on an animatic for pace and timing, then working with the Previs team to get a 3D block to help with the mocap shoot. After that selecting and editing the mocap into each piece and finally working with Layout to fix the edit in place for Animation, LRC and all the other amazing departments that contributed to make these fabulous looking trailers.

Only the first one, Protect Your House, is released so watch this space for the others coming soon.

Until Dawn is an award winning PS4 horror game. The story is based on 8 friends who are trapped on a mountain retreat when things start to take a turn for the worst. The choices you make will shape the outcomes of their relationships and ultimately their lives.

Starring Hayden Panettiere, Rami Malek and Brett Dalton this engaging and terrifying story, from scriptwriters Larry Fessenden and Graham Reznick, certainly keeps you on your toes and always guessing what is to come, with some very interesting plot twists.

I have put together a trailer, and also some of the scenes from the game (with any gameplay removed) and a video showing the techniques of putting such an amazing project together.

Working for The Trailer Farm, I edited this launch trailer for the release of ‘The Crucible.’ The first DLC for Darksiders III, 101 waves of gruelling combat in this new arena.

I had the absolute pleasure of working on this behind the scenes piece about the music and composing for the Lamp Lighters League game from Harebrained Schemes. The fine folk over at Liquid Crimson handed me this interesting project and it was a delight to have such fabulous shots from Pinewood Studios and the talented Orchestra, interviews from the producer and composer, concept art and gameplay capture to show off these wonderful songs written for the game.

I am proud to have been part of this project made in an uncertain time to spread a message of hope and solidarity, editing footage from producers, directors and camera operators all over the UK, in isolation.

Introducing a film created not because a brand asked us to, but because many amazing people wanted to. Proof that even apart, we’re in this together.

Working with The Trailer Farm in 2019 I edited these ‘How to’ videos, which highlight the functionality and application of some new gadgets within Just Cause 4. Each video gives examples of where and how Rico Rodriguez can use these to his advantage with devastating affects. I also had the pleasure of helping the team with their in game capture making sure we had the shots that we needed to best show off the kit.

My first project working with Big Thursday is this ‘how to’ video for Vampire, The Masquerade - Swansong, giving players some insight into some new mechanics and abilities within the game.

ITV’s show Robozuna was cut down into bitesize ‘Biggest, Baddest, Battles’ episodes for Youtube. With Ali A commentating on the action we took all of the battle scenes in the arena from the original show and made them into 4/5 minute stand alone episodes. Here are a couple of examples.

This trailer was created for the launch of the Bratz game, which has been released on multiple platforms. I really enjoyed working for the fantastic team over at Liquid Crimson, allowing me to be creative and run with the brief, it’s always a pleasure to be involved in another of their projects.

Working with Maverick Media, this launch trailer for Farmville 3 was great fun, with a mixture of live footage and animation, provided by Jellyfish, to bring the world of FarmVille 3 to life.

Being involved across several projects with The Trailer Farm here are some examples of my work.

A trailer for ‘Sand is the Soul’ an adventure game mixed with combat and RPG elements, which was due to be released on multiple platforms.

A couple of trailers for Runescape 3 showcasing their gameplay, bosses and multiplayer battles, player customisation, weaponry, wide range of skills and lands to travel and explore.

This film for BMW was part of a series of films which highlighted the pros and cons of each model. Focusing on the I3 Model, this is a short overview of the cars performance, shot in the heart of the city at night.

Jagex's biggest game to date is Runescape. Most of the videos here are the trailers for new quest releases within Runescape or developers blogs about the development stages and implementation of those quests/updates.

I have also included an overview to highlight some of the other work I produced at this games studio, mainly for their mini-games site FunOrb.

Lecente is a brand that specialises in Nail Art. This online promo was created to highlight their range of colour and sparkle, whilst also widening their brand name. This video was for their website and social media.

Lagos is a designer jewellery brand that has ranges across necklaces, rings, bracelets, earrings and watch straps. The first film is an overview of their new caviar spark collection, whilst the following films are individual pieces focusing on their diverse range of bracelets, also including a watch strap piece for the apple watch. All of these were produced for online and in-store viewing.

This promo for Barclaycard, starring Giovanna Fletcher, was for a new approach for new years resolutions. To encourage people to start something new instead of giving something up. This was released on social media and Youtube.

A film about the business ‘Bad Brownie’, told from the perspective of one of the owners, highlighting their progress and success, and the help they received from barclaycard, for their investments, cash flow and card payments.

Having worked with the Packshot Factory on some of their projects they brought me in to work across their own showreels, each one having a themed focus. I was given the freedom to source music to match their stunning collection of table top, slow motion, and beauty shots, bringing together brands and styles from a vast body of work.

This trailer was made for the release of this quirky, heartfelt, laugh out loud indie comedy series for online distribution on Vimeo on demand and Amazon Prime. Relationshit is about three housemates desperately trying to find their happily ever after. Directed by Ivy Jelisavac.

This 6 part observational documentary followed 3 riders of different levels as they participated in the California Superbike School UK.

Unfortunately I no longer have the full versions of these episodes, however I have found some exerts from Motor TV so you can view some of the series.

Working for Pocket Motion Pictures I created this highlights reel for their involvement in London Fashion Week SS19. While also working with them on numerous beauty ‘how to’ videos for a variety of brands, and I have included some here.

These films, created for Protein World, are fast paced examples of how the different products available can be used to make delicious healthy alternatives to help with weight loss. For online and social media.

This beauty film was shot to show off all of Farers' watches features, from the transparent back and inner workings to the stylised variations of the faces. This video has no sounds as it was for in-store advertisement and online banners.

These eHarmony adverts were part of a new TV campaign where real users were interviewed on camera about their thoughts, expectations and experiences on using eharmony and the impact it had on their lives.

Derwent has released Pro Colour pencils and this film was created for online promotion of the release of this new range. 

A film for Fairtrade to highlight the success of the 'Mini Marchers' campaign, a protest for the rights of small holder farmers.

With some very cool slow mo filming and bespoke sound design this film for Valspar highlights the vibrance of their new Pure Colour range.

A series of films made for Age uk to highlight the good work the charity does, with an insight into peoples lives and how they have benefited from the programmes that Age UK run. 

This 'taste exploration' by Grant's is just one idea for the use of Grant's Scotch Whiskey in your cooking.

This is a feature length programme for the 2008 Cliff Diving Championships held in Cavergno, Vallemaggia, Switzerland. The documentary followed the divers through the competition with interviews on their friendships, backgrounds and experiences in extreme cliff diving, accompanied with the beautiful views of the surrounding areas of Cavergno.

B&Q created a series of 'how to' videos to encourage and increase the amount of people doing DIY, making the tasks achievable for even the most inexperienced person by having these easy step by step guides. These are a couple of examples of these videos which were released online.

This film interviews the co-founders of the Hailo app, explaining its creation and use. This was for online release and was sponsored by Mastercard.

Mouseion is an e-learning company for whom we delivered a series of films about the life and death of Ludwig Wittgenstein. As this is a paid for course I do not have access to all of the videos, but here is the trailer that we produced for this project in order to promote the series.

Chartshow TV is a company that has 6 music channels, 2 film channels and 2 children's channels. My work consisted of a lot of film trailers, cartoon trailers, music promos, music video re-edits, for audio and visual explicit/inappropriate content removal and the occasional original programme.
